
Elizabeth Pace
Elizabeth is a speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults communicate with confidence. She takes a strengths-based approach, focusing on each child and individual's unique abilities to foster growth and create meaningful progress. By celebrating the potential in every child, Elizabeth collaborates with families to set goals that are functional, empowering, and tailored to their everyday lives.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys exploring new places, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Elizabeth is based in Halifax NS, and will be seeing clients at our Halifax clinic.

About Elizabeth
Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Dalhousie University in 2020. Since then, Elizabeth has gained extensive experience helping individuals improve their speech clarity, develop language skills, build social connections, and manage executive functioning challenges. She is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, helping them shine by building on their unique strengths and abilities.

Tracy Dewolf Green
Tracy has worked primarily in private practice that has provided opportunities to engage with clients in clinic, home, day care and school settings. A former elementary school resource teacher, she has spent her career working with young children and providing support in various areas of their development. She has a positive approach to working with children and families, assisting them with communication goals and tools to attain these. She is grateful to be part of this profession where she also finds personal satisfaction in each client session.
Outside of the clinic, Tracy has often been found cheering for her children at various youth sport events, visiting Nova Scotia’s South Shore beaches, travelling, and enjoying a good book with a cup of coffee.
Tracy is based at both the Halifax and Bedford clinics

Tracy graduated from Dalhousie University with a Masters of Science in Speech
Language Pathology in 2007. She is also nationally certified with Speech-Language

Paige Ryan
Paige Ryan is a speech-language pathologist born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is passionate about providing family/person-centred care while working to build capacity in her clients and helping them meet their life participation goals.
Paige has provided service in a variety of settings, including the public school setting, the community, hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, private clinics, virtual-based telepractice, and families' homes. Paige has served a variety of populations, including adults with acquired neurological language disorders (brain injury, stroke, dementia, etc), school aged children, and pre-school children.

Paige graduated from Dalhousie University in 2019 with a Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology (SLP). Paige has extensive experience working with adults, preschool, and school aged children who identify as autistic.

Erin Nicholson
Erin has experience working in healthcare, public education, and private practice settings in both Ontario and Nova Scotia, supporting preschoolers, school-aged children, and adolescents.
Erin takes a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach to her work and believes that strong relationships are at the heart of meaningful therapy. She loves getting to know her clients and their families, building trust and connection, and working together to create goals.
Outside of work, Erin can often be found at a rink or baseball field—depending on the season—cheering on her two sons. She also enjoys quiet time at home or walks on the beach or local trails with her husband, boys, and their Corgi pup, Hatty. Erin loves reading, yoga, music (she’s a Swiftie!), and exploring new places when she gets the chance to travel.

Deb Vantriet
Deb has over 20 years of experience across the health professions, working with both adults and children in private and public practice.
Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful, functional goals, Deb is known for building strong rapport across all age groups. She does not position herself as the sole expert, instead valuing collaboration and actively including families, educators, and other stakeholders throughout the process. As the parent of a teenager, Deb also understands firsthand the realities of balancing multiple schedules and daily demands.
The outdoors is where Deb finds joy and renewal. She enjoys camping, hiking, cross-country skiing, kayaking, swimming, and snowshoeing, and she is inspired to bring her work outside—integrating nature into therapy to support well-being and growth for all involved

Leah VanAndel
Leah is a Speech-Language Pathologist raised in Halifax who is passionate about helping children and adults build confident and functional communication skills. She has experience supporting children and adults with a variety of communication needs and is known for her calm, welcoming, and collaborative approach.
As a parent, she has loved having a front-row seat to watch her own children’s language develop in real time, supporting and celebrating their growth every step of the way.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys playing the piano, crafting, hiking, and camping. She cherishes slowing down to embrace everyday moments with her husband and two young children.

Ruth Serrano
Ruth Serrano is a speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping children communicate. Ruth believes that listening, building relationships, and supporting regulation are foundational to communication. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach and enjoys play-based therapy. Ruth values collaboration with caregivers and is an advocate for her clients.
She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Western Ontario in 2023, where she gained experience supporting communication across the lifespan, from preschoolers to adults. She subsequently spent nearly three years working in the New Brunswick school system, supporting students from kindergarten to grade twelve.
In her free time, Ruth enjoys playing piano and violin, cross-country skiing, baking, and reading.
Ruth is based in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, and offers in-home, community-based, and virtual services.
