Neurodiversity Informed Accommodation Assessment
Our Neurodiversity Informed Accommodation Assessment is designed to support individuals who may be experiencing challenges at work or in school related to attention, organization, sensory processing, or executive functioning.
This assessment is intended for individuals who identify as neurodivergent or who suspect they may have differences in how they process information, manage tasks, or respond to sensory environments. It is important to note that this is not a diagnostic assessment for conditions such as ADHD or autism. Instead, the focus is on understanding functional strengths, identifying areas of challenge, and determining whether accommodations or supports may be helpful.
Through this process, our Occupational Therapists gather detailed information about your daily demands, environments, and goals. The assessment includes two standardized tools that help evaluate sensory processing patterns and executive functioning skills. These insights allow us to better understand how you engage in work or academic tasks and where barriers may be present.
Following the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report that outlines key findings, highlights strengths, and provides practical, individualized recommendations. These may include strategies and accommodations to support focus, organization, time management, task completion, and sensory regulation. When appropriate, recommendations can be shared with employers or educational institutions to help facilitate supportive and inclusive environments.
This assessment is ideal for individuals who:
-
Are struggling with focus, organization, or task completion at work or school
-
Experience sensory sensitivities or overwhelm in their environment
-
Are seeking accommodations but do not require or have a formal diagnosis
-
Want a clearer understanding of their needs and practical strategies to support success

Our approach is collaborative, respectful, and strengths based. We work with you to better understand how you function best and to develop supports that are realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your goals.
